Interview Question :: CEX stores in UK. Mobile phone testing

Has anyone had experience of dealing with CEX and know about their phone testing procedures. I left a new mobile with them N95 8GB to sell, they said it needed to be tested and to come back in 1 hour, went back and they said tomorrow because "they use an online system to test the phones"... next day wasnt ready, aparently the online system is "down" and now its tomorrow. I cannot find ANY online testing system for mobile phones, is this true? I think im being fobbed off. Please advise.

Never heard of them... but when you left your phone with them did they give you a receipt with your name and details such as phone IMEI number?? Basically, you've handed your phone over to them getting nothing in return (no £'s nothing)?

your being blagged mate they might have to many of your phones 4 sale they will only give you pennys for it the tossers sell it some where else is my advice
