Hello, My name is Michael, I am from Poland but curenttly living in London, and Iam 15 years old, sorry if I made an mistake in my English, I hope You will understand me.

So, I've got really high ICT skill, and I would like to get some money, like everyone ofcourse, but I would like to use my talent, maybe I'm gonna write something about my skills.

Im using computer for about 6 years, and Im learning about 5 years, first I started from website designing, and still doing it,
Ofcourse I know HTML, I learned it when I was 11, I know CSS, and some of PHP to make a interactiv website, also I know how to use Dreamwaver but usually Iam using Notepad :) Also I know how to use CMS's systems, install them, managing data bases, using PHPmyAdmin, I know a bit about SQL, MySql, and other things like that :)

Also I know how to use Photoshop, to make a nice website :) and a Flash.

I can understand all Programming languages (I think) Even when I never learned them, just give me few minutes :)

Maybe by saying all its a bit to much, but most of them, I mean the new one, not languages from 90's :]

So You know something about me with website designing, but its not all of course, I know on really high level, computer using, with Windows :) I can do everything on Windows, just everything.

Now in school in London, also Im one of the best, teacher is really often calling me for help. Because He doesn't know how to do something, also I had a bit problems with school network administrators, they blocked my account, and after explaining everything He unblocked it, and also gave me a proposition for working with school for summer, but He wasn't the boss, and He can not give me a work.
Also I know a lot about security, I never used any firewall or anty virus, why? Because I know how to securly use computer, and if there is any problems with computer, I can fix it :)

So, Im writing about my skills, in the NET and I hope someone who got a skill in ICT or some ICT man, will say Keep it up or help me a bit, Because I don't really know what to do, now Im going to year 11, and when Should I look up for collage? Now, or just before end of the year?

I know that the mysql_select_db and mysql_connect is ok and I will not give that for security reasons, but what about this syntax:

Kaiser is hourly, the Carpenters Union is not. The Carpenters union offers a vehicle and paid gas. Plus you can drive the vehicle 50 miles from your home. - Kaiser is a helpdesk with some exposure to servers... the Union job is as one of two IT guys (doing all IT functions). The Union job provides learning SQL, VB .NET and furthering my Active Directory knowledge. Kaiser is basically a high paying help desk job. However, the new IT manager says that we'll be doing server duties in the future? I'm kind of on the fence about this and wanted other IT people's advice.. I've been working in IT for 10 years. My long-term goal is to become an MCSE (focused on Active Directory, Exchange and network Security). What do you think?

I have built a few websites now with PHP sessions. They always work fine on my computer when I test them, but I always have many problems with users. Most of the solutions that I find online all recommend that I modify the php.ini file which I can’t do because these sites are on shared hosting accounts. Here are the main problems...

Proxy Servers - When people are in a corporate environment and have their security cranked up or are behind proxy servers none of the session variables work. This ruins everything from the shopping cart even to the login. I have looked at my script over and over and it seems basic and works on all the computers I test so I don't think that's the issue.

Cookies - The only time I have problems are if I disable cookies. I that cookies aren't even used on the users computer, only the server? That confuses me even more. I tried a script that saves session data to a SQL database?

How do sites like Amazon deal with sessions?

I am in need of some advice on how to change jobs/careers out of web site design/development. I have had various temp contract jobs over the past 3 yrs and I am tired of the job security.
It seems to me that in 2007-08, with all this cheesy myspace, youtube, and user generated content, web design is a very broad term, and amateur designers with no background are using the web for crap, and on the other side their is too many languages to learn, and each back-end web project is various(php or asp.net, or joomla, or vb or c# with ruby or j2ee with sharepoint);
And alot of jobs now are very basic, (like sending out a email newsletter ) 20hrs/part time, or designer/SEO, or back end asp.net programming on some stupid intranet that gets updated every 6 months, its not even worth being a full-time employee in my opinion.

All in all, I want to know, is this type of work worth a FULL_TIME DAY job, or is it worth part-time, contract, remote projects from home?

I am sick & tired of looking for web development day jobs (and every single one has a different technical skillset; huge headache, some have a small scope (like xhtml/css markup and posting pdfs),& some have a unrealistic scope,like 5 yrs AJAX/ and GIS mapping with SQL server and high end graphics)

And moreover, how can you transfer into another line of work, when all your skills are technical/web-related? I have had a nightmare time trying to go into other fields (like sales, or finance or even customer service??
I am going insane with this, am I the only one???

Currently, I'm developping online training courses with different exercices (mainly based xhtml forms and flash movies). The content is all stored in a database. The data can easily be exported in an xml file.

I currently work with ASP, javascript and SQL Server to develop my projects. Often, we are ask to create a desktop version of the application. I took a look a previously converted web apps (on projects I didn't work on), and I don't want to do it that way. They created an installation cd for the app that configures IIS on the client's pc and then they run the application with their localhost. I really don't want to do that.

I tried to do an AJAX/XHTML version of the application, but with all the browsers security settings, i cannot be sure that it's gonna work for all users.

Now, what I'm looking at, is to create a java desktop application. If I was to let go ASP for JSP, would it be easier to convert the web-app to a desktop app? Or would it be as much of a pain than it already is?

what does it all mean? should i worry?
(i expect there's loads of crap)

Whenever I try to connect to the PUBS.MDF database, a login failed error message will appear.
